Job Discrimination On The Rise

Federal job bias claims rise to an all-time high. The Equal Opportunity Employment Commission says workers filed almost 100,000 claims in fiscal 2011.That's the most in its 46-year history. Charges of discrimination based on religion and national origin drove the up-tick. On the flip side, claims of racial and sexual discrimination fell.

I am a 60 year old white male, And guess what I have been discriminated against all my life .
Every time I went for a job they had to hire a certain number of minorities first. Because of affirmitive action I have always been discriminated against in hiring, in promotion they always want to promote the minorities, And nothing was ever said about the white man being discriminated against. For about ten years the Maryland State Police hired nothing but minorities to catch up the quota. Not only that they had to lower their standards to even get them to pass the tests. Also it didn't even matter that you had to speak so the public could understand what you where saying. Some of the minorities were very hard to understand their English. So let's not hear anymor B.S. about minorities being discriminated against.
