A grand jury indicted a Georgetown business owner Jan. 3 in connection with failing to pay more than $30,000 in taxes.
George W. Donald, 46, was charged with two felony counts of failing to pay state withholding taxes that were withheld from his employees' wages during 2006 and 2007, said Angela Moffett-Batty, spokesman for the Delaware Division of Revenue.
