Kasey Kahne Apologizes For Berating Breastfeeding Mom

NASCAR driver Kasey Kahne called the sight of a breastfeeding mother at a supermarket "nasty" and then had some nasty things to say to a Twitter follower who questioned his comment.
Now Kahne has issued an apology for the breastfeeding brouhaha.

Problem is,with a tiny bit of fame comes an attitude. If they could just remain human afterwards. His apology did not negate the air of superiority. She should sue him.Bring him back down to earth.None of us are any more special than anyone else. It's just a sport for heaven sake.If any unknown had commented on such a thing the rest of us would never have heard about it.

I'm a women. And, the last thing I want to see in public is a mother breastfeeding her child. Breast feeding a child is the most beautiful and natural thing a mother can do for her child. But, I feel it should be done in private. If not, just imagine. Sitting in a restaurant and eating a meal. Suddenly a mom pulls out her breast and begins feeding her child her dinner table in this restaurant. Now, that's nasty and rude. That's what it is coming too, because most people think it is ok. It's almost like blowing your nose at a dinner table after you eat, while others are still trying eat their meal. Afterwards, the noseblower who just finish eating their main meal will suddendly pick up a fork and eat their dessert with out washing their hands. This behavior is seen quite often in local restaurants. That's nasty and rude. That's what breastfeeding in public will look like.

If you're at a restaurant, the baby is having it's meal too. AVERT your eyes if you don't want to see it. I don't understand why anyone would bring an infant to a restaurant in the first place, but whatever.

I know, let's make a LAW. That will fix anything.

I get offended every time I am out in public in one way shape or form. A woman feeding her baby is low on the list unless she is intentionally trying to draw attention to herself.

People with baggy clothing with their butt hanging out bother me more.

First of all, I am NOT against breast feeding in public, but I do feel there are appropriate times and places to do so. Remember, there is a reason why the breast are considered part of our "private parts." Not to mention that there are laws against indecent exposure.
