Younger workers -- those known as Millenials or Generation Y -- are changing the face of the workplace, and the traditional workday is going out the window.
The change to the workday is one of the Euro RSCG Worldwide's top trends for next year.

Yeah, stay home and not work!
Actually, people can get MORE done at home, and other places than in an office. There are too many involuntary distractions at offices that interrupt people trying to get things done.
My typical work day is 6:00 to 6:00,and I work from home.
