Last week the United Nations announced plans for an expansion of its New York headquarters that would double its presence within the city while costing American citizens billions of dollars. As our next President, I will put the U.S. Constitution and the American people first while supporting our participation within the United Nations second. Therefore, I will stop this diplomatic expansion within our borders and support Dubai’s offer to be the host country for the headquarters of the United Nations.

The Headline should read "UN Should move..."
The headline implies that the decision has been made. The post is an opinion.
And, he really needs to stop using the phrase, "as our next President." I mean, come on.
