Occupy Delaware Wins Battle With City

Tents go up in Spencer Plaza, where Occupy Delaware members are now legally permitted to camp out.

After a judge issued an order temporarily preventing the City of Wilmington from restricting use of Spencer Plaza, the City does an about face.

Kudos to the judge. This government will use any means available to quash any dissent and protest.

It is a constitutional RIGHT to be able to peacefully assemble to protest grievances.

Nowhere does it say anyone has to buy a permit first and leave at a certain time.

It is a constitutional RIGHT to bear arms. Nowhere does it say where it has to be on the body. Concealed or open. Nor does it say the weapon has to be registered, to my knowledge.

Most people don't even know what rights they have, and worse, they let them be taken away without so much as a whimper.

Keep believing whatever the government, and its' agents tell you. Cops walking around with M-4 military grade automatic weapons?

They are the governments muscle, not your friend.

Remember that when they come for you. And they will. Just a matter of time.
