Do you mean "foreclosed on", or did she foreclose on someone else? If she lived in this house, WOW, what an example to have as a public representative.

According to Maryland case search 11:45 it was her own home that was foreclosed on.

A sad state~ IF this is her home and she is representing our City, God help us! How can anyone have any respect for a person that would allow this on their residence is beyond me.

I love the bank of Shanie

In all fairness though was this before or after the foreclosure process was complete? In other words was this picture taken when the sale was completed, the new owners having taken possession and were cleaning it up?
Now.....that being said a quick look at the Maryland Judiciary site shows that this woman appears to be incapable of handling her own financial affairs. Definetly not a good choice to be handling the affairs of a city including any money/budget decisions.
I would much rather have someone who is successful in their own lives handling city matters.

Jeez, people! Her husband died suddenly and very unexpectedly and like most of us, they were living pretty much paycheck to paycheck. She may have other issues but lets not throw stones. Could be you...

Her husband dying had nothing to do with the fact that they choose to take out a risky loan 1:28 most likely due to previous poor credit history. Either that or they didn't understand the loan. Neither of which says much for ones abiltiy to govern responsibly or effectivly.
This is the perfect example of why one has to prepare for the unexpected and not live just for the day.

hey 1:28
most people die suddenly and unexpectedly , most people are living from paycheck to paycheck ,
you are right we shouldn't throw stones , we should throw grenades.

Failure to plan or plan to fail, she's got no business handling any finances for the city of Salisbury. Or anyone elses finances for that matter.

She'a a walking, talking train wreck. That's just rude laziness to leave your belongings behind for the next owner to clean up.

This is an example of a council member for America's top city? To bad Marion Barry doesn't come here and run we'd get a lot of national exposure.

It's a wonder that Barry Tighlman didn't have the city workers go clean the mess up for her and bill the city taxpayers. It was an election year though.

If this was a case before she was foreclosed on, why was she not written up by Coding and Compliance for these violations as pictured?
