On October 6, 2011 at approximately 3:49 pm, Detectives of the Salisbury Police arrested the below listed suspect on a warrant obtained for violation of a protective order. The protective order had been issued by the Wicomico County District Court on behalf of the victim on September 16, 2011, and prohibited contact by the suspect. The victim advised detectives that a number of contact attempts had been made to her between October 2 and October 3 by the suspect.
ARRESTED: Davis Rutherford Ruark, 56 years of age
Salisbury, Maryland
CHARGES: Violation of a protective order
DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking

I guess that I will never understand those people who glory in another's misfortunes. What a sad existence you must have.
