They just refuse to use the word illegal don't they.
This is totally true, as most have a fake SS# and the employer collects taxes. There's no one to return the taxes to at the end of year so state keeps it.
Meanwhile 45% of Americans pay no tax, and you wonder why we're broke.

IF this number is true, how much do they use of the system? How much does their runs to the ER cost? Their usage of the school system for "free" education for their children. Roads. Water. Wastewater. Crime. Enforcement. Taking the few that get caught back to Mexico.
The only reason that dems support illegals is because it adds to their voter base. They could care less about the crimes illegals commit(in addition to being illegal) as long as they vote dem.
Don't just hang this on the liberals, 9:29. Neither party has done anything on this issue, and probably will not ever.
BOTH parties want the hispanic vote, and they want it desperately.
The Democratically controlled Congress did nothing about it for two years, and the GOP called them names and questioned their patriotism. The GOP lead House has not submitted ONE piece of legislation on this issue, and none of their talking heads has spoken about this publically since they took control.
Why? Because saying that you are going to do something makes your base happy and gets them to vote for you. However, they voters never seem to remember that once you take office, as long as you don't remind them.
George W Bush promoted amnesty for this reason. His base was mad for a week, then eveyone got quiet.
The hispanic population will be the majority soon. Both parties can do the math. Talk to you bases to keep them riled up and not paying attention, then sit on your hands.
The state recognizes there are all these ILLEGAL immigrants but does nothing about them. Great!
Just like when they do their protests and marches, at that point everyone knows right where they are. Bring in the cattle trucks and buses!
Just another prime example that government could care less about WE THE PEOPLE (that was supposed to be citizens)!
If they've acquired all this data, surely they must have access to addresses. Perfect time for a round-up, I'd say! Talk about the high cost of cheap labor! Not to mention that the employers who claim that others won't do the work for their rate don't even run ads to see if that's true.

This is not just a Democrat issue and for those of you who keep claiming it is are blind.
Imagine how much legal maryland residents would pay in taxes, assuming their payroll was taxed at higher, market rate wages?
If they are using someone elses S.S # they are commiting fraud and thus breaking another law(besides crossing our borders).So where do we draw the line and say that they are beneficial to the American society other than electing democrats.
