Narrative:
On 12/23/2010, investigators from the Worcester County Bureau of Investigation initiated a sexual offense/rape investigation that took place from 1992 through 2002. Investigation revealed that the suspect, Gregory Donzell Bailey, initiated a sexual relationship with the female victim who was a juvenile at the time.
During the relationship, Bailey sexually touched and had sexual intercourse with the victim. The victim has disclosed the sexual acts to her mother since the last incident in 2002. Investigators have charged Bailey with Assault-Second Degree, Child Abuse, Sex Offense-Second Degree, Rape Second Degree, Sex Abuse Continuing Course of Conduct, Perverted Practice, and Sex Offense Third Degree. Gregory Bailey was extradited back to the State of Maryland on 01/06/2011 and served with the arrest warrant.
Gregory Bailey is currently being held at the Worcester County Jail on $30,000 bond.

How old was the girl when this was happening? could this be a case of young woman (16-17 years old) dating an older man and now wanting revenge against him for some reason?
if in fact she was a CHILD and he molested her, he should rot in hell. but i think that many times young women (16-17) get into relationships with guys who are older than they are and then cry foul when things don't go their way or the parents press charges and then we have another registered sex offender who really shouldn't be labeled as such.
i'm curious for more details of this case.

This occurred for 10 years. The person had to be atleast under 8 when it began. More than likely it was a child that he manipulated and molested before she was a teenager. This a very sick individual and he shouldn't ever be allowed back into society.
I know this dirtbag. He is a man of the cloth... a minister. I wouldn't be surprised to find out she wasn't the only one.
I know this guy and he is a minister. He preaches in church about what people should do yet he is raping and molesting young girls. I sure hope his step-daughter was not the victim. That means he started this tirade before she was a teenager.

It does not matter if it was consential or not he is a grown man who should have told the girl no, I believe even if the relationship is premedatated the older should suffer severe time in a state prison... It give him the feeling of being raped
When you commit such a crime you wrong on soooo many levels but the child told the mother in 2002 and Now hes in jail?? ...hmm ..that doesnt add up!
The mother she be evaluated herself..anyone one in there right mind wouldve reported it immediately
