Black male, black hooded sweatshirt, mmmmm. That should be easy to locate.

A black male, imagine that. But Shanie and Bubba swears there is no crime in Salisbury. I guess Shanie thinks black on black crime is not crime in her book. If I remember correctly she lost a loved one to crime.

7:43 AM he had it coming to him. Multiple criminal charges of CDS, Handgun, and attempted murder charges. This thug was not an innocent victim.

So sickened by this crime and the previous posters "One less thug on the street" comment!! No one deserves to be murdered. Salisbury has a horrible reputation now and it's because NOTHING is being done to clean the streets of these gangs of criminals who have decided they control who lives and who dies. That is why I don't live there anymore and would never let my children travel there on there own.

Sounds like a win for the good thugs!

perhaps he had a criminal record but he paid his dues to society for the past 10 or more years. He was recently released from prison after serving may years his father is old and very ill. His Mother has been ill for a while too. This was their Son ! A Man that was Loved by many people! So... He that is with out sin let him cast the first stone. Far be it from me to cast any stones , just imagine if Jason were your Son. I for one will always keep his memory in my heart. I was one that knew him and loved Him. Dorothy

You live by the sword you die by the sword.

This community is behind. Instead of breaking up the gangs we wait until the gang member and drug dealsers commit a crime. How about dealing with the problem before the problem becomes a crime.

Its kill or be killed on the tougher streets of Salisbury.Even if you "go straight" you make alot of enemies when you live a life of crime and it catches up with you sometimes.
And look at all the crimes on Church st!Then you wonder why theres drunks peeing in the park over there!

How does anyone know he was a thug? People can change, and they need to be given that chance. Not everyone is raised with Christian morals and values. I was blessed to raised by loving parents in a stable home environment. I was born and raised in this area, and yes the crime rate has increased significantly over the years, but I have lived elsewhere, and I will not move again. The problems all spread out all over the U.S. As long as people are taught that they can blame others for their problems and that whatever they do it is always someone else's fault, then no one will be held accountable for their own behaviors.

Dorothy, I agree with you! I must say that too many people cast stones, passing judgements that may be so far from reality. We are too quick to judge. All of us sin, and only by the grace of God are we forgiven, and that includes those who repent and, of course, walk a better path in life. What ever happened to keeping our thoughts to ourselves if it will hurt someone? These comments must be very crushing to his loved ones.

when jesus said, "let he without sin cast the first stone." only meant that jesus wanted the first shot.
