DATE & TIME: 3/24/10, 2341 hrs.
LOCATION: E/B Rte 50 @ Naylor St.

CRIME:
1. Fleeing/Eluding
2. Driving on Suspended License
3. Numerous other related traffic offenses

ACCUSED: Kasheem Deshon Purnell, Honeysuckle Rd., Berlin, MD

BRIEF RESUME:
On the above date and time, a trooper from the Salisbury Barrack attempted to stop a vehicle after they almost collided with his patrol vehicle. Once the trooper initiated his emergency equipment the vehicle fled and led police throughout the Church St/Naylor St. area. After approximately one mile the driver of the vehicle stopped and fled on foot where he was subsequently apprehended without incident. Purnell was charged with numerous traffic related citations, and taken before a district court commissioner.
