Big Brothers Big Sisters

Bowling for a Cause –

Big Brothers Big Sisters is the preeminent youth development organization for children who need and want the influence of positive adult role models and friends. Bowl for Kids Sake is our signature fundraising and awareness campaign. All proceeds from this event will go directly to support our services to local children. We are a nonprofit, charitable organization that relies on the generous support of individuals and businesses like yours. Our mission is to help local boys and girls grow up to confident, competent, and caring young adults; contributing to brighter futures, better schools, and stronger communities for all.

We are holding our 21st Annual Bowl for Kids’ Sake fundraiser on Wednesday, April 14th from 5-7pm at Cherokee Lanes, across from the Fruitland Wal-Mart. The theme for this year’s BFKS is Rock –n- Bowl! We are expecting many people to come out and bowl strikes, spares and gutter balls to help raise money for mentoring programs for local youth while enjoying a live band, food, fun and trivia.

Bowlers are asked to raise a minimum of 75 dollars to bowl. Bowlers may form teams of up to five bowlers. Each bowler will receive an event T-shirt, two games, shoe rental, pizza, a small beverage and the chance to participate in trivia, prizes, and fun!
