Arrest Made In Strong Arm Robbery In Rehoboth

Location: Unit Block of Croydon Road, Rehoboth Beach Yacht Country Club, Rehoboth, DE

Date of Occurrence: Monday, 3/2/10, at approximately 7:30 pm

Suspects:
· James J. Durham, 25 years old, of Harmony Lane, Dover
o Robbery 1st (F)
o Wearing a Disguise During the Commission of a Felony (F)
o Conspiracy 2nd (F)
o Offensive Touching (M)

· Unknown Black Male wearing all black, no further description

Resume: The Delaware State Police have arrested one of the two subjects involved in the March 2nd Robbery. James J. Durham was processed for the above charges at DCC after being arrested by Dover Police on similar charges.

Durham was one of two subjects that approached two female victims on Croydon Road, RBYCC, Rehoboth. The suspects grabbed a hold of both women and demanded money. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of money from the women both suspects fled the area on foot. The victims were not injured during the incident.

Durham is currently incarcerated at DCC in default of $30,000.00 secured bail. The accomplice to this crime has not yet been located.
