Delaware State Police have arrested an 18 year-old woman for sexual assaulting a 10 year-old boy.
Troopers arrested Hritz late last evening and charged her with the sexual assault of a 10 year-old. The incident was reported to state police last month when the victim was talking to a counselor about his poor performance in school. It was discovered that Hritz sexually assaulted the boy at his home.
Hritz was in a relationship with the victim’s father when the assaults occurred.
Troopers collected evidence and charged Hritz with 18 counts of Rape 1st and 1 count of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child. She was committed to WCI in default of $95,000 cash bond.

Molestation and rape are both all about "control", not necessarily the sex.
She's just a kid herself, probably had to raise herself, that's the way it is these days. just because she's 18 it doesn't mean she has any grasp on right and wrong. Dad was probably with her because she was a freak, who knows, no one knows what's going on right next door.

As someone that was molested and raped for many years I can say I have not one time even thought about abusing a child. So as far as people wanting to believe people that commit these crimes were once victims...bull! People that were truly victims of child abuse would never inflict the pain and hurt on another human being. A person that has gone through the struggles of attempting to overcome the stigma of this crime know the pain is always there and would not place a child in that position, they would rather give their life than see a child suffer in such a way.
People with psychotic disorders and lack of compassion commit these acts; people who are so weak minded they cannot grasp an adult relationship commit these acts; people who are so insecure in who they are that the must feel better about themselves by inflecting pain and fear in an innocent child are the people that commit these crimes.
I hope she suffers every day until the day she is wiped off the face of this earth for what she has done. She is a sick, twisted, disgusting waste of air and space!Save a dog, euthanize this trash!
