NARRATIVE: Update to Earlier Press Releases on Sarah Foxwell Investigation
The below pictured vehicle was utilized by the Suspect in this investigation. We are asking for the public’s assistance in helping us identify any locations that this vehicle may have been between 11 p.m. on Tuesday, December 22, 2009 and 11 a.m. December 23, 2009. We know where the vehicle is CURRENTLY located and only need to know if anyone recalls seeing this vehicle during the above listed time frame.
The vehicle is further described as a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup, 4 door, long bed, champagne/tan in color with a matching cap, displaying Maryland registration 33M311
.

Finally a vehicle description. This should have been released yesterday afternoon. I hate to second guess Mike Lewis on this, but I can't understand why the delay.
They need to put pressure on TJ's father, he is not as likely to cover up for him as the mother is. TJ's mother has been in denial since he was a young boy and covered everything up with excuses. The father is the one I would lean on and lean hard.
Take this guy out and FORCE HIM! to showing us. It is time we take our lives, security back. Take his Lawyer with him and make his lawyers kids see what kind of job their father does defending pieces of crap like this.
Chances are she is not with us anymore or he would talk. The law makers, need to change laws these people can NOT be reabilitated. If the liberals think they can than they should adopt them living at their houses with their kids.
A criminal is a criminal period...... I molester is a molester, and politician and lawyers are people making money off of people like us and sitting in warm houses enjoying the holidays.

Considering this guy was in a vehicle and had 12 whole hours, I seriously doubt Sarah is anywhere near her home. I'm not saying the police should quit looking, they're doing the best they can with the leads the information they have. But, if I had a car and was committing a crime, I certainly wouldn't stay near my own home or hers', I'd go far away. I hope someone calls in that saw that truck lastnight, so they would know where to look.

Is it just me or is it weird that an Amber alert was not put out everywhere on Tuesday when she was originally missing? Leads me to think their is more to this, like a kidnapping with a ransom, that would explain the delay in the alert?
It is a newer truck, so it's onboard computer has a milage trip monitor built in to it to tell the service light when to start bugging you. They can read the last several trips from the chip. Hopefully they have done that. That will give them an approx radious from which to look.
hey joe i just watched the 12pm news on wboc i missed part of it but they didn't mention the vehicle or anything new that you have. unless i missed it but they did bring up the story but again no mention of the vehicle and you would think they would mention it more than once if they even did at all. i'm glad you have updates and good thing you are here to let the public know what is going on. thanx joe
Ok folks - keep your eye on the ball, and stop telling the authorities where & how to look. They have this puke in custody. Lean on him? Damn right i'm sure they are. And i hope they're leaning as hard as possible. And keep praying, people, keep praying. The jails won't hold him if he's hurt this dear child. He will be dealt with. Believe this. I'm sure all of us have our own opinions of what should and should not be done in this hunt for her. Let Sheriff Lewis and all the other law enforcement people do their jobs. I am sure they want to resolve this as much if not more than we.

She wasn't noticed missing till 10:00 am yesterday.
She was put to bed at 9:30. So I am guessing she went missing between those hours.
Water board this piece of crap scumbag and he will tell the police everything he knows about everything. If it turns out he is innocent (which I doubt he is) let him sue. They need to change the rules of engagement when a child's life may hang in the balance. WATER BOARD HIM AND MAYBE SAVE HER LIFE!!!!
What was the relationship of Legg to the girl's family? Also, there doesn't seem to be anything being said about her family. Who discovered she was missing? Any siblings? Parents? I just pray she will be found alive.

I was told that the mother fell asleep while he was still in the house with her. I heard this from a friend of the family. Not sure which is correct at this point. Where did you get the info that she put her to bed?
It is refreshing to see the many law enforcement agencies helping in the search. I even saw Fruitland's Police Chief walking the highway.
This is the perfect example of how law enforcement should be working together.

i really hope for this guys sake that this little girl is found alive and ok .. if he hurt her or worse hopefully he will be taken care of in prison and if he somehow gets off in the process i hope the people of salisbury take the matter into their own hands ... the people of this town that i love so much need to take back the town .. away from the scum and disease that is plaguing us so badily .... and as far as this guy id love to be the first to give the rope needed to hang his ass
Yes, he still lived at home with mom and dad. He stayed in a garage no bigger then a bathroom behind there house. His sister Tonya should be leaned on to. She is a drug addict with theft charges. She is not even aloud to drive a vehicle with her children in it. The whole family needs help!

Anybody know where he worked, hungout, hunted, etc. These people normally go somewhere that is familiar for crimes like this.
for those following the search for Sarah, I just went out for a drive and cops were flying to Rum Ridge Road, helicopter speeding that way. They have closed down Rum Ridge from Dagsboro to Williams Pond Rd and have called in more K9's and police to that area. Something seems to be happening there

TJ was the boyfriend of Sarahs aunt. Sarahs aunt has full custody of Sarah and her little sister. The mother was charged some time ago with child endangerment. Apparently Sarahs aunt was unaware of Tjs backround. She broke up with him a few weeks ago. Rumor has it that this is a revenge crime. The little 6 year old saw Leggs in the home Tuesday night and was able to identify him in a police line up yesterday. Leggs lives at home with his parents, sister and his sisters two children, one male and one female. TJs sis is a heroine addict. Duane SHores is Sarahs uncle, he is also very familiar with law enforcement, he too served years in prison on burgulary and drug charges. The family is not saying anything at this time. Duane and TJ went to school together and was aware of Tjs backround. This family DID know his history. So many questions still unanswered. I have a bad feeling about all of this, I believe if she was still alive TJ would be talking. He is a sick bastard with no remorse what so ever. I have been told that his attorney has advised him not to speak.....

His sister now has another child, an infant who was born addicted to herion. She almost lost custody of him. The father lives in Pittsville and is trying to get custody of this baby. She has been arrested several times for theft, drugs, etc. She has also wrecked her vehicle while high with all children in the car, not once but twice. We need to pray for this whole family to face true justice and for these children to be removed and placed in good decent homes.

How could anyone want to be this man's attorney? They would have to be just as much of a low life as he is.
If someone in the house saw him there, he had no way of knowing there would be 12 hours before the abduction would be reported. It could have been reported immediately, and he would not have wanted to have been stopped with her in the truck. She's nearby.
i read on the fox news site that his attorney is the public defenders office.
public defenders do not have the option to pick who they defend. They must defend them or be dis-barred. our justice system. ugh.
It's real low to include his sister Tonya in all of this. She may be an irresponsible mother but she didn't kill anyone. And the aunt needs to carry some blame as well. She knew he was a sex offender and I believe that she's lying saying that she didn't know. I just hope that this little girl is found.
If I was this man's sister and I knew he was a child molester I would let the girls he dated know about it. Having children herself she should care about the children first. Obviously she does not, look how she treats her own kids!
