This is absolutely horrible...our justice system really sucks that he has that kind of record but was walking freely around to harm this child when all that was on her mind was what she was getting for Christmas...I did not know her but have 2 daughters that I can not imagine losing.
I was on that road about 12:45. Saw a city police car and a pickup parked on the side of the road where everyone goes fishing....
