Nol pros on an earlier burglary charge plus guilty of marijuana possession. Why are so many cases nol pros? You wonder why the police should bother to arrest anyone.

What taxi driver couldn't have figured this out? Is there a taxi company known for its connection to the drug trade in Salisbury? Of course.

well if you do a search on myspace you can find this guy if he is the same 21 year old joshua satchell from delmar i found on there. apparently from his pictures He claims to be a 'blood' gang member, and in another shows gang signs. In yet one more he is giving the middle finger and under it, it says "f#ck you pay me$$$". i really hope the judicial system in salisbury makes an example out of these low life criminals.
