well if a gang member doesn't do this it "ain't" graffiti - its artistic expression.

yeah, we don't have gangs in Salisbury... Ever watch Gangland on the History channel?? The teardrop tattoos and graffiti are common the the Crips gang - one of the most violent gangs in this Nation! Looks like tear drops in that graffiti to me...get on it Webster-you have 6 months to actually do something before you retire!

I have read multiple books on graffiti and the artist that do them mostly consisting of people in dc and baltimore are and england the mural they create are superb with this a can of spray paint however this is shit right by bennett at that which is near a ghetto and a ghetto school as well doesn't surprise me recommend moving
