With her own behavior, why does she still have custody of her children? Doesn't make sense.
Hallelujah! Someone with common sense was actually allowed to become a judge! Wow! I can't help but wonder, however, how long it will be before the NAACP decides to crucify him because he is white and the mother is, um, "not".
Boy, that judge could run for just about any office, politically, and swamp his competition. You all realize, of course, that if he had said those things outside of his current occupation that he would be labeled a "racist" and a "bigot" and Jesse and Al would be camped outside his front door? What a wonderful world we live in.

A judge like that would change Salisbury! Try sitting in a court room in Wicomico County and see if you hear anything even close to that!
Praise Jesus for this Judge and PLEASE OH PLEASE SANTA bring him to the 'bury to lay the smack down on these idiots!!!! Every Judge should take a course by this man!

WOW and awesome! I love it! Just not many judges like this at all. At least not around here. 8 years in law enforement made me despise the court system.
No way he'd leave Atlanta and come anywhere close to Maryland.
Can we clone this guy? Awesome! Wish we could see this happen in these types of cases more often.
I cannot understand how any mother could allow such actions happen to their own child. Not to mention it happend prior to what this animal did. SHE should sent to prison for life! Kids do not deserve what they are being handed!
Joe, I saw this on Tru TV about six months ago.....Thank God for judges with common sense and the b@lls to say what needs to say about mothers like this woma. I should know, my mother allowed this to happen to myself and sisters for 10 damn year and you know what, she stuck with him till the day he died, five years later she died. When I met my one and only 30 years ago, I left her (his) grip and never looked back. While I loved her for bringing me into this world I could not even think of going to either of their funerals...Why?? I could not consciencely walk in the hell they are in now......When I was a child going through what I did I made a bargain with God, Keep my baby sister from this monster and give it to me and in return I will be the best "big person" I could be. After my firstborn I made it my life to never let any of my children to go through what I did and have found myself spending many of hours, days and years through no formal settings, conveying to other young girls/women to have the courage to be a strong loving person in spite of thier past..This judge has that woman spot on and too bad there isn't more judges out there who are willing to protect the innocent & helpless children. Thank you for posting this judges feeling on your site....You can and do reach so many more people I can or ever will.
