Community Crime Prevention


Sheriff Mike Lewis and Chief Ed Lashley have announced that they will be jointly hosting a Community Crime Prevention Seminar to be held on the Campus of Salisbury University on Tuesday Dec 1, 2009 beginning at 7 PM. Most of the students will be too busy partying to bother to attend. They really live in a sheltered world. ALL of this information is covered during freshman orientation and in subsequent years - I know because I have attended them. If you listen the first time, you don't have to worry about being a victim. However if you go to these meetings and still chose to walk down Smith Street at 2:00 AM - by yourself - you will get no sympathy from me.

Am I missing something here? Where is representation from the Salisbury Fire Department? Is Alan Webster AWOL?
