Lift the candle off the table, there has to be a power source.
Except for the fact this this is just a hoax, albeit a pretty elaborate one. Any idiot that knows anything about electricity will tell you that in order for electricity to flow the circuit would have to be closed, which this one is not. There is more than likely wire strung under the table and connected to a closed power source. The "hoaxer" flips a switch under the table to close the circuit, hence lighting the bulb. Once again, don't be fooled by everything you watch on the internet. If you have way too much time on your hands then go ahead and try this out, I can assure you that it won't work.
wires are off the table, cannot see the middle of the red and black wires.
I agree that it is fake, but to 9:05--you obviously didn't watch it to the end.
If you do the same thing using road flares instead of candles, you can jump start your car with it. Better than carrying a jump box in the trunk!
