"I heard the explosion,” said Mark Wisniewski, who owns waterfront property, “Then, I heard everybody running towards the water."

"We looked out and saw people in the water, and they were kind of swimming back to the boat, but it kept blowing up," said Wisniewski’s neighbor, Steve Mustachio.

As neighbors pulled three victims from the water, Mustachio jumped in to help the unidentified operator of the boat back to shore.
