Usually a Kennedy is the first one out of jail, even if they drown a young woman and leave her in the creek. Anyone else would do time for murder or at least drunken vehicular homocide.

Like I said last night,theres always someone else willing to take their place but I guess I was wrong-they do not need replacements with these jokes for judges-they are released to do it again!Now they can go to wherever they stashed the rest of the drugs and money.
There bail was set by a commissioner not a judge. I believe that some while back the commissioners were able to use their discretion when setting bail amounts but now they simply put all info into a computer and it tells them minimum and maximum allowable bail amounts that can be set. I think maybe their hands are tied a bit.
OK, so who is the well-known local behind this deal? How did these pushers have the funds to bail themselves out?
