A Viewer Writes: Cops/FBI Manufacture Lottery Theft Scheme

2-Blacks were arrested in Maryland for theft of $42,500 cash Lottery theft.

However the State Police,FBI,Maryland Treasury,Maryland Comptrollers Office nor Maryland Lottery Commission all failed to produce a Lottery. In fact Lottery Commission under Subpoena by me had to Certify there was never any such Lottery won as the racially biased State Prosecutor would allege.

However, the police and FBI hunted 2-innocent blacks down to Miami Beach,Arrested a innocent kid to which they denied phone call and attorney for 14 days. Parents were unaware of child's whereabouts as police lied in DADE COUNTY claiming they had never seen her.

Single mother finds out calls police,ACLU and IAD in Maryland all refused to file official charges against police and FBI for false arrest.

Mother was then arrested for conspiracy scheme to help steal the phony lottery and state refused to drop charges and unconstitutionally has been holding mother under $25,000 Bail for a crime that dies not exist. When mother challenged Prosecutor he would smear her character with a friend on the bench Judge Baynes alledging Mother was unfit to stand trial or testify. Which all is untrue.

I have documents to show and verify this was a racial hate crime orchestrated by 2 white cops as December 17,2019 The Assistant State Attorney Nathaniel Bowen had his criminal witness get on the stand to lie and he actually told the truth as Defense showed him evidence that he would purger himself and be jailed.

Prosecutor still refused to drop the phony case against the black family. Police claim there was more than $42,500 cash stolen but there was no eyewitness nor official records to verify the false allegations and manufactured testimony.

Mother case still pending in Circuit Court in Elkton after 1 year for a crime that never happened see court file case# C7-CR19731 Judge K.Baynes Cecil County Circuit Court arrested 6/14/2019

court file case#D-032-CR-19-000468 Judge Baynes/Judge Brenda Sexton arrested 3/4/2019

State alledges career criminal is a victim of financial loss greater than $100k, then it went to $42,500. However this man has stolen $17,000 in checks and M& T Bank,State Of New York Banking Commission,Delaware Insurance and Banking Commission just assisted GEICO in the full refund of one of the stolen checks$4876.00 which belong to (me) the mother who was falsely arrested for nothing. However police refused to arrest the man they have actual hard evidence against without victim statement or testimony as he forged and cashed each check at his Middletown Bank in Delaware [Wilmington Trust aka M& T Bank.

Biden: ‘If you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black’

Former Vice President Joe Biden on Thursday emphatically defended his ties to the African-American community — telling a popular black radio personality that he “ain’t black” if he was still weighing whether to support Biden or President Donald Trump in November’s general election.

The remarks from the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee came during an at-times contentious interview on “The Breakfast Club” that aired Friday morning, during which co-host Charlamagne tha God challenged Biden over his decades-long record on racial issues and current contemplation of a black, female running mate.

“I’m not acknowledging anybody who is being considered, but I guarantee you, there are multiple black women being considered. Multiple,” Biden said of his search process for a vice presidential nominee.

It was then that an aide to the Biden campaign could be heard interjecting into the conversation, attempting to cut short the interview. “Thank you so much. That’s really our time. I apologize,” the aide said.

“You can't do that to black media!” Charlamagne retored.

“I do that to white media and black media because my wife has to go on at 6 o’clock,” Biden shot back, apparently referring to a subsequent media appearance by Dr. Jill Biden, before adding: “Uh oh. I’m in trouble.”

East Hampton board petitions Gov. Cuomo to halt resort re-openings

Hamptons citizens fear that summer tourists will bring more cases of COVID-19 out east as hotels plan to open for the summer.

Sceney hotels Gurney’s and Montauk Beach House, among others, plan to open with new policies. But on Thursday, the Town of East Hampton’s board wrote a letter — parts of which have been seen by Page Six — to Gov. Andrew Cuomo asking him to prohibit the opening of hotels and resorts until New York is further into the recovery process.

“A summertime influx of people into our area has the potential to cause renewed outbreaks,” says the letter. “We are hearing pleas from our residents to take action to protect them … We fear that adding hotel and motel visitors to the mix will simply overwhelm our town, creating an untenable, and avoidable, surge in the ongoing public health crisis.”

Horowitz: We have been lied to: 6 facts that change everything we know about SARS-CoV-2

Horowitz: We have been lied to: 6 facts that change everything we know about SARS-CoV-2

James Madison once said, "A popular Government, without popular information, or the means of acquiring it, is but a Prologue to a Farce or a Tragedy; or, perhaps both." The coronavirus fascists have succeeded in cementing their illogical, immoral, and illegal policies through the prism of false information about the timing of the virus, the specific nature and severity of the overall fatality rate, the number of actual deaths, and the utility (or perhaps harm) of lockdown policies in actually mitigating deaths – all the while obfuscating the much higher collateral deaths and damage caused by the lockdown itself.

Every day we learn new information demonstrating the lies driving lockdown. Here are some of the most important ones from over the weekend.

1) The shocking inflation of COVID-19 death numbers: From day one, we were warned that states are ascribing every single death of anyone who happens to test positive for the coronavirus — even if they are asymptomatic — to the virus rather than the clear cause of death. Now, thanks to a lawsuit in Colorado, the state was forced to revise its death count down by 23 % over the weekend — from 1,150 to 878. The state is now publishing numbers of deaths "with" COVID-19 separate from deaths "from" COVID-19. As I reported on Thursday, county officials started accusing the state's department of health of reclassifying deaths of those who tested positive for the virus but died of things like alcohol poisoning as COVID-19 deaths just to insidiously inflate the numbers. This revision in Colorado is a bombshell story that, of course, will remain unknown to most Americans. Every state needs to do this, and if they did, we would find an across-the-board drop in numbers by at least 25%, the same %age by which Dr. Birx reportedly believes the count is being inflated, according to the Washington Post. For example, in Minnesota, state officials are now admitting that every single person who dies in a nursing home after testing positive is now deemed to have died from the virus, never mind the fact that 25% of all natural deaths in a given week occur in nursing homes and that most cases of COVID-19 are asymptomatic, which means more often than not, they died exclusively of other causes.

Nursing home records eight covid-19 deaths

All eight of Worcester County’s coronavirus-related deaths have been at the Berlin Nursing Home. It has recorded 19 staff cases and 45 resident cases.

Worcester County has reached 181 cases and eight deaths, according to the Maryland Health Department. This is an increase of 54 from last week.

According to the Worcester County Health Department, most of the deaths have been women in their 80s. One of the deaths was probable – the individual was never tested.

There are 98 cases in the Berlin and Ocean Pines 21811 zip code, 16 cases in the Ocean City 21842 zip code, 17 in the Snow Hill 21863 zip code and 49 in the Pocomoke City 21851 zip code.

A zip code must have at least eight cases to be listed.

Ninety-six people have been released from public monitoring. Worcester has conducted 1,717 coronavirus tests.

Russian woman miraculously walks away from 120-mph motorcycle crash

A Russian biker is lucky to be alive after crashing during a street race that topped out at 120 mph, video shows.

The hair-raising footage, posted Sunday to Instagram, shows a woman on a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R with an apparent death wish as she races alongside another driver near Sochi before her bike starts to wobble.

The woman, reportedly known as Angelina, then bails off the motorcycle before crashing to the asphalt. Another man nearby came to check if she was OK as she composed herself after the stunning wreck, video shows.

The woman astonishingly avoided breaking any bones during the crash, walking away with just scratches and bruises, the Sun reports.

“All my body hurts,” Angelina tells the man. “Please, ambulance.”

“Calm down, breathe,” one witness replies. “Do not move anything. Leave your helmet. Do not move, lie as you are.”

The female daredevil then said she had a “speed wobble” during the street race.

Mike Rowe: COVID-19 has revealed college for what it REALLY is

'You're gonna be left with a breathtakingly overpriced product'

In this episode of "The Rubin Report," BlazeTV host Dave Rubin was joined by "Dirty Jobs" star Mike Rowe to talk about the effects of the COVID-19 lockdowns and how they might permanently change many aspects of our lives.

Mike explained why he believes the pandemic has revealed college and higher education to be an overpriced luxury and said he hopes that this will cause us to rethink how we structure education in the US.

"I think when the dust settles, higher education is going to be revealed as the luxury brand that it truly is," he told Dave. "And when you take away all of the stuff that has nothing to do with learning or connecting, you're gonna be left with a breathtakingly overpriced product."

What will you be doing this weekend?

Merkley: Republicans Opposing Mail-In Voting ‘to Stop People of Color from Voting’

On Wednesday’s broadcast of SiriusXM’s “Dean Obeidallah Show,” Sen. Jeff Merkley (D-OR) said Republicans and President Donald Trump’s opposition to mail-in voting was an attempt to stop “people of color from participating in the upcoming 2020 general election.

Obeidallah asked, “Mail-in ballots — you use this in Oregon. You have people on the right saying, ‘Oh, it is wrought with fraud.’ Tell us how has it been in your state?”

Merkley said, “It is incredible we have been doing it since the year 2000.”

He continued, “We have had essentially no scandals.”

He added, “It stops so many forms of voter suppression and voter intimidation. The Republicans are trying to stop poor people from voting, they’re trying to stop college students from voting, people of color from voting, Indian tribes from voting. So many different ways you can attempt to make it hard. Well, this says you know what, you can’t use all those tricks. You can’t understaff it. You can’t create a four-hour wait in line. You can’t move the polling place at the last second and get with away that. That’s why I’m really pushing for a guaranteed mail-in ballot, no excuses this November across the country.”

Open the States movement declares: "On Friday, the lockdowns end"

The repressive, often petty and irrational, lockdown measures implemented in many states and localities has caused a backlash that grows daily.

Increasingly, we see hairdressers, restaurants, gyms, and other small businesses saying they are willing to risk arrest in order to reopen and save their businesses. People who normally obey the law are engaging in acts of civil disaobedience against orders and restriction that are viewed as illegitimate, both constitutionally and from a health perspective.

The movement has been mostly spontaneous, but that has not stopped the mainstream media, which clearly is hoping for lockdowns to continue, from portraying the movement asastroturf. These are the same false accusations we heard about the Tea Party movement. There may be some organizational help to it, but look at the Resistance and other movements which were highly organized in their coordinated protests around and after Trump’s election.

According to Politico, Convention of the States, which we have covered before, is helping the movement:

The Convention of States, an activist network with tea party origins, did not originate the coronavirus lockdown protests across the country. But it’s got a plan to take them to the next level.

Publicly, the group claims no affiliation with the organizers agitating for state governments to lift social-distancing measures. Yet behind the scenes and on their social media channels, the group’s leaders have made no secret of their desire to boost the protests, if not elevate them to a bigger, more professionalized and media-friendly network with a more broadly appealing message….

Update: Illinois State Police Defy Tyrannical Governor — WILL NOT Arrest, Jail Business Owners for Breaking Lockdown

Last week Illinois Democrat Governor J. B. Pritzker warned the people of Illinois the state in lockdown and businesses shut down until the end of May. He later told CNN the citizens of Illinois could be ordered to socially distance and wear masks indefinitely.

Now Governor J.B. Pritzker warned small business owners that if they try to reopen their businesses they could face up to a year in prison.

Pritzker the tyrant wants to jail business owners who don’t want to lose their businesses and life savings.

But the state police announced they will not honor Pritzker’s requests.

Nada For Nadler: Supreme Court Blocks House Democrats From Receiving Mueller Grand Jury Material

The US Supreme Court on Wednesday handed the Trump administration a win - blocking a request by the House Judiciary Committee for grand jury material gathered by Robert Mueller's special counsel investigation. The court issued a stay while an appeal over the records plays out.

That said, the court put the case on a fast track, giving the Trump administration until June 1 to file its appeal, which Bloomberg infers to mean that the court will likely announce before the end of June or July whether it will hear arguments late this year.

Earlier this year, DOJ officials were ordered by two lower courts to hand over redacted portions of Mueller's 448-page report at the request of the House committee chaired by Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) - who argued that they 'urgently' needed to see redacted materials.

The administration says a federal trial judge lacked power to unseal the information. Grand jury materials are normally sealed, but federal rules let a judge authorize disclosure for “judicial proceedings.” The key legal question is whether that includes House impeachment inquiries.

A federal appeals court ruled that impeachment proceedings qualified, saying courts had let lawmakers see grand jury materials during the impeachment inquiries of Presidents Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton. U.S. Solicitor GeneralNoel Francisco asked the Supreme Court to put that ruling on hold.

“The government will suffer irreparable harm absent a stay,” Francisco argued. “Once the government discloses the secret grand-jury records, their secrecy will irrevocably be lost.”

House General Counsel Douglas Letter countered that lawmakers had already waited more than a year for the information. -Bloomberg

"The committee and the public continue to suffer grave and irreparable injury each additional day the district court’s order is prevented from going into effect," wrote the House General Cou

BREAKING: Declassified Susan Rice Email Confirms Michael Flynn Was Personally Targeted In Oval Office Meeting

Newly declassified portions of a key Susan Rice email confirm that Michael Flynn was personally targeted during a January 5 Oval Office meeting with Obama.

Michael Flynn was personally targeted during a crucial Jan. 5, 2017 Oval Office meeting arranged by then-President Barack Obama, a newly declassified document shows.

On Jan. 20, 2017, as President Donald Trump was being inaugurated, former White House National Security Adviser Susan Rice sent herself a bizarre email detailing the Jan. 5 meeting between her, Obama, then-Vice President Joe Biden, then-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, and fired former Federal Bureau of Investigations Director James Comey. In the email, portions of which were not declassified until recently, Rice recorded that Flynn, who at the time was the incoming national security adviser for Trump, was personally discussed and targeted during the meeting with Obama.

GOP Sens. ‘Increasingly Concerned’ Surveillance Of Trump Campaign Began Before Crossfire Hurricane

Two top Republican senators have expanded their request for records related to the “unmasking” of former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn to include information prior to the start of the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane operation, which began in July 2016.

On Wednesday, acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenelldeclassified the names of those in the White House involved in revealing Flynn’s identity as a U.S. citizen corresponding with a foreign actor, as requested by Republican Sens. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin and Chuck Grassley of Iowa. Flynn had held discussions with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak during the presidential transition as the incoming national security advisor. This became the alleged basis for the grand Russian collusion conspiracy and the key to setting up Flynn in a perjury trap.

The left's two big albatrosses: Biden and Pelosi

One has to wonder, do those on the left, including the media, actually think Joe Biden is a viable candidate for president? Do they not realize that Nancy Pelosi is as senile as Joe? Like Joe, she often slurs her words, suffers brain freezes mid-sentence, and spews gibberish. Biden is a lifelong corruptocrat, a known plagiarist, a pathological liar, and a truly mean and evil man. You can catch a glimpse of just how mean in the film about Clarence Thomas; it was Biden who grilled him mercilessly during the hearings over Anita Hill's phony allegations. Biden is a racist as well. Pelosi is a lifelong power-mad lunatic. She has allowed her own district to dissolve into a homeless camp with all the attendant problems — discarded needles, feces on the streets and sidewalks, and an ever-escalating crime wave. Smash-and-grab car burglaries occur by the minute in San Francisco, and there are no consequences for the perpetrators if caught. Like Sen. Dianne Feinstein, Pelosi and her husband are millionaires several times over; they've become rich because both have been in Congress for so many years. They all get rich on insider information. Joe Biden goes farther; we all know he used a billion dollars in U.S. aid as leverage to get a Ukrainian prosecutor fired because he was investigating his son. John Kerry was in on that bit of bribery. He is as low a form of life as Biden.

Senate Passes Bill to Delist Chinese Companies From US Exchanges

The Senate overwhelmingly approved legislation Wednesday that could lead to Chinese companies such as Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. and Baidu Inc. being barred from listing on U.S. stock exchanges amid increasingly tense relations between the world’s two largest economies.

The bill, introduced by Senator John Kennedy, a Republican from Louisiana, and Chris Van Hollen, a Democrat from Maryland, was approved by unanimous consent and would require companies to certify that they are not under the control of a foreign government.

If a company can’t show that it is not under such control or the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board isn’t able to audit the company for three consecutive years to determine that it is not under the control of a foreign government, the company’s securities would be banned from the exchanges.

“I do not want to get into a new Cold War,” Kennedy said on the Senate floor, adding that he wants “China to play by the rules.”

“Publicly listed companies should all be held to the same standards, and this bill makes common sense changes to level the playing field and give investors the transparency they need to make informed decisions,” Van Hollen said in a statement. “I’m proud that we were able to pass it today with overwhelming bipartisan support, and I urge our House colleagues to act quickly.”

Wicomico County’s Roaring Point and Cove Road beaches to reopen Friday

Trade Association: 25% Of Maryland Restaurants Likely To Permanently Close

BALTIMORE (WJZ) – The Restaurant Association of Maryland projects 25% of restaurants will close permanently as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic.

“We’re losing some longtime restaurants that have been a staple in the community,” Marshall Weston, President and CEO of the Restaurant Association of Maryland, said. “This crisis has gone on much longer than anyone has anticipated and, quite frankly, restaurants are running out of money.”

Weston said 45% of the state’s restaurants are currently closed, either because they have not shifted to the take-out model or they are closed for good.

“I think restaurants need to know what the timeline is to reopen,” Weston said. “The pressures that restaurants are going to feel during this transition process are going to be immense.”

City Café in Mount Vernon and Ryleigh’s Oyster in Federal Hill each announced permanent closures within the past week.

Judicial Watch finds document 'used to launch Obama administration's spy op'

'No wonder the DOJ and FBI resisted the public release of this infamous electronic communication'

Government watchdog Judicial Watch on Wednesday announced it has found the document that apparently started the Obama administration's "spy operation" on President Trump's 2016 campaign.

The organization said it used a Freedom of Information Act procedure to force the release of an electronic communication – generated by former FBI agent Peter Strzok.

"The redacted document details seeming third hand information that the Russian government 'had been seeking prominent members of the Donald Trump campaign in which to engage to prepare for potential post-election relations should Trump be elected U.S. president.' The document also alleges Trump campaign adviser George Papadopoulos, claimed to an unnamed party that 'they (the Russians) could assist the Trump campaign with the anonymous release of information during the campaign that would be damaging to Hillary Clinton,'" the organization reported.

The document states, "It was unclear whether he [Papadopoulos] or the Russians were referring to material acquired publicly of [sic] through other means. It was unclear how Mr. Trump’s team reacted to the offer. We note the Trump team’s reaction could, in the end, have little bearing of what Russia decides to do, with or without Mr. Trump’s cooperation."

Trump takes 'historic' action to move pharmaceuticals out of China, back to U.S.

'In a way that is cost competitive with the sweatshops and pollution havens of the world'

(DAILYWIRE) --
In an “historic turning point,” the Trump administration has taken bold action to bring America’s pharmaceutical manufacturing back to the U.S. from China and India.

“Seeking to secure the nation’s supply of critical medications, the Trump administration has signed a $354 million contract that would create the nation’s first strategic stockpile of key ingredients needed to make medicines,” NBC News reported. “The agreement was signed Monday with Phlow Corp., a generic drug maker based in Virginia.”

White House Trade Adviser Peter Navarro, a staunch China hawk who is the mastermind behind President Donald Trump’s trade war with the communist nation, said that the move “will not only help bring our essential medicines home but actually do so in a way that is cost competitive with the sweatshops and pollution havens of the world.”

The day Obama triggered Obamagate

Exclusive: Jack Cashill cites date in 2016 when then-president began involvement in 'coup'

When the final chapter is written on Obamagate, historians will look to the April 10, 2016, as the day President Barack Obama triggered the eponymous coup.

Leading from behind as was his wont, Obama was never so far behind that he could not see what was to come. From time to time he showed his hand, starting with an April 10, 2016, appearance on a Fox News Sunday morning show with Chris Wallace.

Speaking of the investigation into Hillary Clinton's non-secured emails, Obama said what now reads like a punch line to a joke, "I guarantee that there is no political influence in any investigation conducted by the Justice Department, or the FBI, not just in this case, but in any case.

Doctors raise alarm about health effects of continued coronavirus shutdown: 'Mass casualty incident'

More than 600 doctors signed onto a letter sent to President Trump Tuesday pushing him to end the "national shutdown" aimed at slowing the spread of the coronavirus, calling the widespread state orders keeping businesses closed and kids home fromschool a "mass casualty incident" with "exponentially growing health consequences."

The letter outlines a variety of consequences that the doctors have observed resulting from the coronavirus shutdowns, including patients missing routine checkups that could detect things like heart problems or cancer, increases in substance and alcohol abuse, and increases in financial instability that could lead to "[p]overty and financial uncertainty," which "is closely linked to poor health."

"We are alarmed at what appears to be the lack of consideration for the future health of our patients," the doctors say in their letter. "The downstream health effects ... are being massively under-estimated and under-reported. This is an order of magnitude error."
