It's good he was finally caught, but sooner or later the legal aspects of the form people sign when they go on any public DNA sites when they send a swab to have it analysed will be under scrutiny by the Supreme Court. When the Supreme Court upholds that disclaimer everyone who has ever been arrested because they were identified by virtue of one of those public sites will be released.Ancestry sites may as well not even provide a promise of confidentiality form in their packet.
