Haven't we already figured out that just handing out stuff to poor people doesn't work? We already pay for their housing, food, and healthcare. That's more than enough. They know how to eat healthy if they want to, they know how to get a job if they want to, and they know how to be good people if they want to. It's a CHOICE to live that way.
