McDonald's worker is ordered to stand trial on food tampering charge 'for spitting on police officer's hamburger bun and rubbing it on the floor'

A California judge has ruled that there is enough evidence to put a former McDonald’s worker on trial for allegedly spitting on a police officer's food.

Tatyana Hargrove, from Bakersfield, smirked during a preliminary hearing on Thursday as she was ordered to stand trial on a felony count of attempting to mingle substances with food and drink.

The presiding judge, however, dismissed a misdemeanor count of battery, citing insufficient evidence.

SU perpetrated the whole incident in order to get a diversity officer who then will hire staff ... They are Marxists and now have a commanding foothold on the University.... these bastards have used this technique at Universities across the country
