Maryland National Guard mourns loss of one of their soldiers

BALTIMORE — The Maryland National Guard is mourning the loss of one of their own.

They posted on Twitter that they are mourning the passing of Specialist Javon Prather of the 175th Infantry Regiment .

MD National Guard said he served as an infantryman for nearly four years and was awarded the Army Reserve Component Overseas Training Ribbon & the National Defense Service Medal and Army Service Ribbon.

Did he die while serving his country - if so, then we should be told how he died. He should be honored by Americans for serving his country.
