Im not the photographer but I do know those 5-6 sheriffs were all representing different counties, not sure which counties tho.

I'm the photographer, and the "Good Cops" holding the banner shook my hand and said they stood on "our" side, NOT with Northram! Don't know what states they were from, but I saw AZ, TX, NV, GA, TN, OH, NJ, who ALL came to be Virginians today. I'm SBY MD. Crowds were packed to almost unworkable 2 blocks in all directions, loosening up in the surrounding streets! Ask me questions if you have them! What a wonderful day at 26 degrees and 15-20 mph, never felt warmer and cozier in all my life with EVERYBODY THERE ARMED TO THE TEETH!
Zooming in, one of the patches seems to resemble the word Powhatten" County, VA but it's pretty blurry in my blow-ups. Any of you sheriffs reading this, raise your hand for being a true Patriot!
