I am a German-American and I find this offensive!
This is disparaging, and also intimidating. It makes fun of my relatives by placing this captured war booty saying they lost.

There have got to be 1000 cones deployed through the town. Main street has been ripped up for 3 years now and business that have been located there for ages are packing up and moving out. The cannon has been ripped up from the park for well over a year now and Jake wants a pat on the back for getting it painted and moved. Are you high?!
