I recently receiver this from Choptank electric , possible good news for us rural folks

Choptank Electric is inviting Somerset county members to participate in an informative presentation about Broadband. The presentation will feature speakers Craig N. Mathies, Board Director for Somerset County, and Matthew Teffeau, Manager of Government Affairs. The town hall-style event will include a brief presentation and Q. & A. session.

They still climb the pole outside to make phone calls. By the way what happened to the Troopers busted by the F.B.I. that were running the Salisbury broad band office. Stole over 500k is what I was told.

Craig Mathias is just trying to secure the seat on Choptanks Board that he isn't qualified for that he was so graciously appointed to without being nominated or elected to by the voting members of the Co Op. He is already a County Commissioner which he isn't qualified to be. Vote no for Mathias!!!

The moment Choptank offers me broadband with my electric service, is the instant I will drop comcast. The rape has gone on too long.
