Joe here is a new story you should post. This 22 year police veteran was fired after he was set up by a criminal thug couple he had arrested several times. After I read the story it turns out that the thug couple took the opportunity to tour his home that was for sale and look for anything to get him fired for and they took a picture of a historic KKK application the guy bought and framed and also complained of him having 'confederate flags' in his house. The thug couple posted this on FB and the department did an investigation and fired the officer because the 'black community lost trust in the officer' according to some social justice warriors like we have here in Salisbury, Jamal Gould, James Yamakawa, Michele Gregory, Jared Schablein and Jake Burdett as well as others. This is exactly what Jake Burdett was trying to do when he got arrested for spying on Congressman Harris in his office. These Progressive/Socialists have an agenda and they want to cause harm to white Republicans and white police officers. This police officer broke no law and lost his job as a decorated police officer because he was a history buff.

If you read the part about the real estate agents interview it is painfully obvious this officer was set up.

Here is the FB page post from the racist criminal thug that got the officer fired.

Chief Duncan and some of her SPD officers have been in the Presidents Neighborhood after the same man about 10 times in as many days. They put handcuffs on him and always have papers in hand and let him go, he is so high every day he is a neighborhood nuisance. He roams the streets high and probably drunk as well since walking in his case is swaggering and falling down. He picks fights with anyone he meets the SPD comes, ambulance comes and even the Pittsville Police dept has been on the scene. But it's always the sam, the one time they took him away in cuffs he was back in hours. Either he is a mental case or just a druggy that can't stay out of trouble. Is there no such thing as a nuisance law? If so they need to be applied to these individuals. Please please get rid of Jake Day and Chief Duncan ASAP. Crime is worse than ever in Salisbury's history. By 7:00 am this morning I witnessed a screaming, dancing woman, a local sex offender walking down the street cussing at some imaginary person, and a young man on a bicycle fussing at an imaginary person. And a dispensary for Marijuana was added to the neighborhood. Bright idea! Way to go Jake!

Yea.

The guy has Confederate flags hanging all over his house? Who owns a giant framed KKK application and hangs it for display on their wall, other than may be a museum... this guy lives in a museum?

A KKK application isn't part of some Dukes of Hazzard fan memorabilia. This guy, is hardly the little angel he's being painted as... and the irony of calling the "criminal thug" a racist is astonishing. Tell me... who was it again with a giant framed KKK application on his wall?

Look... the guy making the complaint very well may be a criminal, and a thug but that doesn't mean what he is saying isn't true. Just cause the other guy is a cop doesn't make him all good. Not all cops deserve the shield they carry and we as a community should vet all of them.... seriously, something like this gives me major cause for concern.

I mean if he really had a framed KKK application he deserves to be fired. That isn't something one hangs in their home for décor purposes. He also willingly allowed people into his home knowing this item was displayed, so that would be on the officer. The flags are whatever; but the application is pretty unacceptable and if you don't agree with that then you probably should re-evaluate what you are complaining about.

10:50 the parts of this story are wrong, the application was just framed in a frame 12x10 inches. Not large. The application was blank and from the 1920's.
He had 1 confederate flag, on the wall in the basement, not even on the same floor as the KKK application.
He also had a extensive collection of civil war cannon shells, leather goods, a couple of pistols, and a musket.
His mistake was thinking his collection of historical items would not bring up suspicion. The realtor screwed the pooch on this guy.
A good realtor goes thru the house with a client and "Sanitizes" it before a showing.

I dont see anything that says the cop did anything wrong when arresting the thug so what really seems to be the problem

The cop will file a lawsuit. He will win. The POS thug couple will always be POS!!

@11:42 - I mean I can understand being a history enthusiast and collecting historical items. I am not certain why one would have interest in an old KKK application if it were not something this individual had some level of interest in? I am a football fan and collect various items, one item I would not seek to collect is a Aaron Hernandez jersey. For fairly obvious reasons. Even if the relator should have noticed this, it is on the officer for actually having the item IMO. He may not have meant any malice by having it, but just by having it he put himself in a bad position.

@4:10 - Michigan is an "At-Will" state, which essentially means he has no chance at winning any lawsuit about his termination.
