Heritage Foundation chief economist Steve Moore reacted to the high numbers of New Yorkers who are fleeing to Florida because of high state taxes.
“This is the big demographic story of our country that may be the biggest economic story,” Moore said on "The Daily Briefing."
He said there are “four states of the apocalypse” – New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Illinois – which have the most residents fleeing over high taxes and huge budget problems.

The problem is all of these people leaving the north and heading south and then voting in the elections for the same liberal ideas that caused the high taxes to begin with. Same as the big cities voting in the same governments that led to the city's problems to begin with. When will they ever learn.

I have said the same thing! It applies to a lot of people. People moving into the USA, people moving to a different state and even people moving to small towns. They move for a better life and they will still vote for the same type people that they just moved away from expecting a different result. They are morons!

Taxes follow everyone and there will be someone who is an establishment person who gets elected and will raise taxes on you, against you will... Like the town of Berlin, hows those taxes going for you over there???
Feel sorry for the people living in the more remote areas of the states, in little towns and villages, all paying big tax bucks that disproportionately go to big city maintenance and social programs, so much of it outright wasted through gov't corruption and lack of oversight.
They take their virus with them. The cancer metastasized.
