There are exceptions. My grand daughter got a full scholarship and breezed through in three years working at the same time to pay for her apartment and living expenses. Her parents and I helped her out in pinches but she pulled it off and her entry level job started at 62K. She is a delight and we are all very proud of and in awe of her determination and fortitude. Not all the kids are lost.
