North Carolina Boys Stop to Say Pledge Outside Fire Station

Two boys were caught on camera outside a fire station in North Carolina last week, stopping in their tracks to say the Pledge of Allegiance, according to a photo from the Roseboro Fire Department.

The fire department’s photo, which has amassed more than 6,400 shares on Facebook, shows the two young boys on scooters placing their hands over their hearts while reciting the pledge.

Fire officials not pictured in the photo had been raising the flag to full staff in front of the fire station.

“This afternoon as Chaplain Herring was raising the U.S. flag to full staff, he looked over to the intersection and saw these two young people standing there with hands on their heart saying the pledge of allegiance,” fire officials said in the post.

Wonderful to see! Never lose that love, Young Men🇺🇸

Bless their little hearts and kudos to parents for instilling some patriotism. Colin Kapernack should be ashamed that these two young men have more "heart" in their little fingers.
