BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh joined 15 other states on Monday in filing a lawsuit challenging President Trump’s declaration of a national emergency.
In the complaint, the coalition alleges the Trump administration’s emergency declaration and diversion of funds is unconstitutional and otherwise unlawful.

Every State opposing the Wall has a Democrat Governor except MD. Isn't that a laugh. Republican Gov Hogan is a joke. Get on the phone to his office and complain and let him know he is an embarrassment to MD voters.

As soon as 8 heard the emergency was signed, I knew Brian frosh would be suing.last year when the democratic controlled legislature gave him the power to sue without the governor's approval or consent or made him a suing God in his own mind. Didnt vote for him last and wont vote for him when he is up for reelection.
