BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Baltimore City Police say that 12 people have been shot and four people have been killed Thursday night.
“It’s a very violent day,” Michael Harrison, acting Baltimore City Police Commissioner, said.
Police also say that four people were injured, and one person was killed in a single incident in west Baltimore.

Sorry to hear this; there is no respect (for human life) in the inner cities. So much despair and hopelessness. Instead of money that does nothing to better the situation, those in control should focus on prosperity through productivity. Eliminate entitlement mentality!

Baltimore needs to implement a bullet exchange program, turn in a spent shell for a fresh new one
