Last week, obscure actor Jussie Smollett made national headlines when he claimed to have been targeted in a racist homophobic attack. Gateway Pundit’s Cristina Laila broke the story:
According to a report by TMZ, “Empire” star Jussie Smollett, 35, was brutally beaten by 2 white Trump supporters in ski masks at 2 AM in Chicago.
TMZ reported that according to sources directly connected to Smollett, he was walking to Subway to get something to eat at 2 AM when 2 white men wearing ski masks put his head in a noose, poured bleach on him and screamed, “This is MAGA country!”
According to TMZ, someone also yelled, “Aren’t you that fag*ot ‘Empire’ nig*er?”
Very quickly, things weren’t adding up with Jussie’s story.

He should be charged with falsifying a hate crime of a hate crime
They have video of nearly all of the route he took. If he hands over his phone it will show what time he alleges the 'attack' occurred while conversing with his manager. If that time is on video and there is no 'attack' them he has made a false police report.
This is why he won't release his phone records.
