That happened to me when I. Lived in Northern VA (a good area too) only they stole all four tires. Thankful they but the car on cider blocks. Had to be well planned. The police caught these thief's the next day.

Hey those skateboard wheels left tracks on the pavement. That fool drove the car like that. (Note: "thief's" is possessive & "thieves" is plural)
