SALISBURY, Md. – The start of the school year is right around the corner, and registration is open now for Wicomico County Recreation, Parks & Tourism’s after school childcare program, Kids Klub After School.
Kids Klub After School starts Tuesday, Sept. 4, and it is held at seven Wicomico County schools on school days from dismissal until 5:30 p.m. Children will play games, enjoy socialization and get homework help.
Kids Klub After School locations are Delmar Elementary, Fruitland Intermediate (also serving Fruitland Primary), North Salisbury Elementary, Pemberton Elementary, Pinehurst Elementary, Westside Intermediate (also serving Westside Primary) and Willards Elementary (also serving Pittsville Elementary).
The program is for children in kindergarten through fifth grade who are between the ages of 5 and 13, and costs range from $125-$140 per month depending on the site.
Initial registration and payment should be completed in person at the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center box office at 500 Glen Ave. in Salisbury (Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.).
