Salisbury, MD ... On Monday, May 28, 2018, the Newland Park Landfill, Brush Pile and all Convenience Centers will be closed. The Whitehaven Ferry & Upper Ferry will be open regular hours.

They don't work any day, it should just say nobody will be on site! The ones who do work, the ferry operators don't get off. The ones that work have to do more, the ones that don't do squat have off to relax. LOL
You're probably right. 30% of the employees do 90% of the work.
