Curious, what % of Salisbury's available housing are rentals/

Yet the county raised the value of my home by a little over $30,000. I have only had my home for a little over 2 years and have not made any changes to it. As a fairly new home owner does this sound about right to you guys or should I contest this ?

You are on the wrong thread.

This article is about House Prices.

If you want to fight it you can have it appraised and fight it. I bought mine for 180 and it was assessed at 240. I was able to get tax value lowered.
