OYSTER FRITTERS and/or CHICKEN SALAD DINNER
The public is invited to an Oyster Fritters and/or Chicken Salad Dinner on Friday, February 9, from 6 - 8 PM sponsored by the Delmar VFW Auxiliary, at 200 West State St., Delmar, MD.
The menu includes your choice of 2 vegetables from the following: seasoned string beans, homemade potato salad, homemade macaroni and cheese, seasoned turnip greens, apple sauce, and pickled beets, along with a dinner roll and coffee or tea. Desserts are also available. The price varies according to the platter combination chosen.
Call 410-896-3722 for carry outs after 4 PM. All proceeds benefit the many local charities and organizations supported by the Delmar VFW Auxiliary.
VALENTINE'S DAY DANCE FEBRUARY 10
The Wild Turkey Federation invites the public to a Valentine's Day Dance on Saturday, February 10, from 8 PM to 12 midnight, at the Delmar VFW Post, 200 West State St., Delmar,MD.
Music is provided by the "Front Page News" band. The cost is $10 per person, with all proceeds benefitting the Wild Turkey Federation.
