Assault 1st for shooting at the cops wow. I’ve seen people be charged with attempted murder for shooting at someone. And he is still living which is crazy because let it had been anyone else their ass wouldn’t live to tell the story. He get shot in the arm for shooting at police and a black man gets killed for just reaching for his phone.
He was charged with attempted murder, but since it involved a firearm, some guy, likely a disguised super hero, got on there and nullified the jury on those counts.
