Ron Paul Rages "Just Say No"... To Jeff Sessions

Attorney General Jeff Sessions kicked off the New Year by reversing the Obama-era guidance for federal prosecutors to limit their enforcement of federal marijuana laws in states that have legalized marijuana for medical or recreational use. In what is almost certainly not a coincidence, Sessions’ announcement came days after California’s law legalizing recreational marijuana sales went into effect.Sessions’ action thus runs counter to the wishes of the majority of the people in the most populous US state, as well the people of the 28 other states (and DC) that have legalized some form of marijuana use.

Federal laws criminalizing marijuana and other drugs have failed to reduce drug use.

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

Amendment 10.

Federal law is still Federal law. The citizens should have their representatives sponsor a bill to decriminalize it at the Federal level!

AG Sessions is only enforcing the existing laws - which is what we ask of all law enforcement!

In Alabama, It is Illegal to Play Dominoes on a Sunday. One of America's strangest laws is that you cannot play dominoes on Sundays. According to Alabama Criminal Code (Section 13A-12-1), it is illegal to race, hunt or play cards or dominoes on a Sunday

Maryland

In Baltimore, it is illegal to wash or scrub sinks, no matter how dirty they get.

Every person who has bowled since 1833 may be fined $2 for each offense.

In Halethorpe, it is illegal to kiss for more than one second.

It's illegal to mistreat oysters.

It's illegal to play Randy Newman's "Short People" on the radio.

Yeah, why don't we enforce ALL existing laws?

Those are City and State laws not federal...Not that it matters but a deeper search revealed all of the above Laws have been enforced. Weird, Yes! Sanctuary city's should NOT push the government to far or their multi billion dollar cash CROP will go bye bye. Hire Americans to trim the plants INSTEAD of ILLEGALS. ITS NOT that hard.
