Docs Show Bundy Prosecutors Hid Evidence

Unsealed court documents detail how the team of prosecutors tasked with convicting Cliven Bundy and his sons of crimes relating to a 2014 armed standoff failed to turn over potential exculpatory evidence to the court, The Oregonian reports.

The Bundys’ case ended in a mistrial Dec. 20 after Judge Gloria Navarroruled that prosecutors violated the civil rights of the defendants by withholding evidence supporting the Bundys’ case. Navarro is considering dismissing the case “with prejudice” and blocking prosecutors from retrying the case. Her decision will come Jan. 8, according to The New York Times.

“There were approximately 3,000 pages that were provided to us only after we started trial,” Bundy lawyer Bret D. Whipple told TheNYT. “I personally have never seen anything like this, especially in a case of such importance.”

The Bundys aren't the only ones to fall victim to this BLM, FBI crap. A lot of this has been happening in Nevada, Washington and Oregon and I'm sure many other states. Savoy Finicum was murdered for defending his rights to ranch according to State Laws. Trump needs to step in to this travesty and reign in the BLM, who thinks they are the Bureau of Land OWNERSHIP, not management.

Two Sets of Laws.

You or I hide evidence, it's a crime. One THEY pursue with vigor against anyone who does it....
Go ahead. YOU try presenting 3000 pages of records after discovery and AFTER THE TRIAL STARTS. Good luck.
When it's them doing the hiding, they get a transfer and a promotion. You and I pay for it.
A crime is a crime, no matter who does it and the punishment should be equal and fair. In our republic. Until the period before a revolution, when the wealthy and politically powerful openly violate the law with confidence and arrogance.
Two sets of Laws.
Works great for them.
For a while.
Keep cheering (by the way, YOU ain't in the group that gets the pass, so maybe you want to check that cheering).
