idiots. I sincerely hope there were doctors on site to deal with hypothermia related issues. Exposed skin is susceptible to frostbite and compound that with jumping in the water....wow. I can understand the thrill and wanting to support the hospital, but just give em a check, no need to jump in and potentially harm yourself.
I agree with 1255, if the hospital in Berlin cant make it financially, then send the patients to the pig ranch here in Salisbury. most of the time they will be shot in the parking lot and won't have to worry about a thing.

I personally did this and to 12:55 and 2:36 thanks so much for posting your JUDGEMENTAL ASSINE OPINIONS! No one forces anyone to do this! Yes Multiple RESCUE personnel are on hand! Divers are in the water! Ambulances standing by and guess how many people needed any of it ? NONE!!!!! Please keep going to PRMC and please stay away from AGH! It was my choice to do this, just like it is your choice to judge me, even though you don't know who I am!
