Liberal Leave is in effect for non-essential County employees on Monday, January 8, 2018 until 10:00 a.m. Employees that exercise Liberal Leave must notify their Department Head or immediate supervisor. Employees should arrive to work by 10:00 a.m. tomorrow morning.
The Salisbury School will be closed Monday, January 8th, 2018 due to weather conditions.
Due to existing road conditions, Somerset County Public Schools will be closed on Monday, 01/08/18. Twelve month staff to report at 10:30.
Worcester County Schools are closed tomorrow due to inclement weather. Crews are making progress on the county roads but it is a slow process. Be patient and use caution if you are out and about on the roadways.

Wicomico county is liberal leave. Well guess that’s another couple days with no plows in county neighborhoods which also means no mail.

why no mail? is the usps shut down. I am being serious.
451 the women answer the phone at post office told me they can't pull mail for pick up. Long story short went online and they pull mail for self pick up. Total moron. Not to mention the rudest person in the county.

It’s a pity someone hasn’t designed a kind of electronic communications network that would allow us to view and pay our bills while connected to a massive, always on and interconnected web-like system....oh well guess we’ll just wait for the Pony Express to be able to make it though in the meantime.

Mail Was Only Not Delivered 1 day ..day of Storm !! Mail was delivered every day after at my house ! ..near University..So Stop It With The No Mail Bullcrap !
Look for a two hour delayed open from the WCBOE for tomorrow - can’t believe how much snow is still out there!
