One more reason everyone police entity in this country should have a civilian review board to check police actions. Real crimes a lot worse the this go unsolved and no one is watching what the kops are up to and how they go about their daily routines. Oh thats right they always investigate themselves before exonorating themselves! My bad!

I guess they will chase anything unless it is driving a motorcycle illegally in the city. Seems the safety of the law abiding citizens don't matter.
